Summery, joyful, sundrenched… an olfactory evocation of a blue lagoon
In 2010, Thierry Mugler is presenting a second summer eau flanker for their best-seller, Angel. In its turquoise-blue star bottle, ANGEL Sunessence Bleu Lagon is an ode to the sun. Airier, tarter and more floral than the original, Angel Sunessence Bleu Lagon reveals sunny notes like starfruit, a tart, fresh and slightly aqueous exotic fruit, over a base of patchouli and gourmand notes.
The opening is all freshness and light, with a frosty ‘starfruit ice’ accord with tart, fruity facets. At the heart, the perfumer focused on a ‘ginger flower note’ for its multi-facetted, fresh, floral, playful and spicy sides. Airier and more floral notes have also been worked in. The fragrance then evolves towards a classic Angel close: sensual and gourmand, thanks to vanilla, patchouli and oriental notes. Perfumer: Aurelien Guichard, Givaudan.
